Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM EST — orders submitted before this time may be processed the same day.
Shipping & Delivery
All domestic orders are fulfilled via Standard Shipping. Here's a simple breakdown of your expected delivery window:

All timeframes are based on business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
We keep it simple:
- Orders under $179.00 — flat rate of $7.99
- Orders $179.1 and over — FREE shipping
Delivery Address
Your order will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase. All City Mart is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us at info@allcitymart.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time through our Order Tracking page. Tracking details are usually active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at info@allcitymart.com. Our team will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
