Refund policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us at All City Mart. We've put together this policy to make the return and refund process as clear and hassle-free as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to all orders within the United States.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags still attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt) along with supporting photos or documents
Items that don't meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Gather your proof of purchase and clear photos or documents showing the item's condition or issue
- Contact our support team at info@allcitymart.com — a support advisor will review your request
- Once verified and approved, we'll send a return shipping label directly to your email
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided label
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. There are no return shipping costs — we've got that covered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@allcitymart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or supporting documents showing the issue so our team can assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Wrong size delivered
All exchanges are subject to product availability. Delivery time for replacement items may vary based on your location.
No Restocking Fees
We don't believe in hidden penalties. All eligible returns are completely free of restocking fees.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our support team, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing takes 5–7 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may require a little additional time to reflect the amount
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing period, here's what to do:
- Double-check your bank or payment account
- Contact your card provider or bank — processing times can vary
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at info@allcitymart.com and we'll look into it right away
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@allcitymart.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to initiate a return once it arrives.
Discounts & Promotions
Refunds are not issued for discount codes or promotional offers that weren't applied at the time of checkout. Promotions cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
